AP Out Sourcing Employees Salaries Increased G.O Released by Govt of AP, AP Contract Employees Regularization G.O, 1003 Contract Employees Regularized by Govt of Andhra Pradesh, AP Contract Employees and Out Sourcing Employees Regularisation Act. Outsourcing Employees New Salaries Giving from April 1^st Onwards.

Important Information:

TOTAL Contract Employees in AP is 20,506.

Regularized Contract Employees are 1,003 Employees.

AP  Government will Create Supernumerary Posts for this Regularisation.

The Government Dividing Outsourcing Employees into 3 Categories:

 

1).1^st Category Employees Salary Increased From Rs.6,700 to RS.9,200

2).2^nd Category Employees Salary Increased From Rs.8,400 to Rs.10,900

3). 3^rd Category Employees Salary Increased From Rs.11,500 to Rs.14,000

To continue the term of the (13) posts of Drivers engaged through outsourcing basis in different wings of General administration Department for a further continuation of (13) posts of Drivers from01.03.2016 to 31.08.2016.

General Administration Department –Outsourcing employees - Utilization of the services of Drivers on outsourcing basis     sponsored by M/s. RTSS Man Power Solutions, Hyderabad, in General Administration Department – Sanction of expenditure for the period from 22.02.2016 to 21.03.2016 – Orders – Issued.

M/s. RTSS Man Power Solutions, Hyderabad has submitted bills for Rs.1,22,033/-(Rupees One Lakh Twenty Two Thousand and Thirty Three only)(i.e. Rs.88,000/- as Pay, RS.11,759/- as E.P.F. @ 13.36%, Rs.4,180/- as ESI @ 4.75%, Rs.2,640/- as service charges @ 3% , Rs.14,921/- as Service Tax @ 14% on the total bill of Rs.1,06,579/- and Rs.533/- as Swachh Bharat Cess @ 0.5% on the total bill of Rs. 1,06,579/-) for the period from 22.02.2016 to 21.03.2016 for providing services of 11 Drivers(Out of 13 posts Two posts are presently vacant) on outsourcingBasis.
