TS MPHW Examination
Notification, MPHW(F) Training Course Exam Online Apply, Telangana CH & FW MPHW (F)
Training Course (18 Months) Examinations scheduled to be conducted from
26.04.2016 to 30.04.2016.
The above Examinations will be conducted for Regular Candidates who have
completed 18 Months training Course and who are admitted in the year 2012-13 as
per the circular issued by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and also as
directed by the Government and for supplementary candidates who have failed in
the previous Examinations.
1) For Regular Candidates – Rs.1,250/- for all
subjects.
2) For Supplementary Candidates – Rs.250/- per
subject.
The above fee should be
remitted by way of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad”
in any nationalized bank on or before
22.03.2016.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO FOLLOW:
The MPHW (F) Training Course Examination applications of the
candidates along with INTERNAL ASSESSMENT MARKS should be uploaded in the
CH&FW official Web site (http://chfw.telangana.gov.in) and the same will be
available from 15.03.2016 to 22.03.2016.
No institution shall submit average internal marks of the total
students more than 75% i.e., if 40 students are admitted in a course the
average score of the 40 students shall not exceed 75% of total internal marks
as per the INC regulations. Hence, keeping
in view of the above provision, submit the internal marks through on line.
Then, takeout the Printout of the application forms, enclose the
examination fee of the students of training institute (Original Demand Draft)
along with required documents to the application i.e., Original Selection List
approved by the District Selection committee, copy of SSC Certificate, Hospital
and Rural training certificate in respect of Regular candidates, Copies of the
hall ticket and marks memo of last examination attended in respect of
supplementary candidates should be
submitted to this office on or before 26.03.2016 by 5.00 P.M
