The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) invites Applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to 118 Posts in the Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Government of Punjab 

PPSC Lecturer  jobs for 118 Vacancies Notification Released.

118 Vacancies of Lecturers in Maths, Physics, chemistry, English, Pharmacy, Library Science, Mould Design, Textile Chemistry, Plastic Technology, Dyeing Printing and Garment manufacturing Technology and Librarians, Programmers

Age Limit:

(i) Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 3 7 years of age as on 01.01.2016.

(ii) Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for all States/ Central Govt employees.

(iii) The Upper age limit is relaxed up to 42 years for Scheduled Castes and Backward

Classes of Punjab.

(iv) Ex-servicemen of Punjab Domicile shall be allowed to deduct the period of his service

in the Armed Forces of Union from his actual age and if the resultant age does not

exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for direct appointment to such a vacancy in

the Service Rules concerned by more than three years, he shall be deemed to satisfy

the condition regarding age limit.

(v) Upper age limit is also relaxable up to 42 years for Widows, Divorcees and certain

other Categories of Women.

(vi) Upper age limit is also relaxed up to 47 years for Physically Handicapped of Punjab

Educational Qualifications:

Qualifications For Post No: 01

1) First Class B.E./B Technology in Computer Engineering /Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

                                                  OR

First Class M.E./M Technology in Computer Engineering /Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

                                                  OR

First Class MCA Degree

ii) Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent standard

Qualifications For Post No:02

i) Good Academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA at the Master's degree level, in the Physics from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from a Foreign university.

ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC.

iii) Punjabi up to Matric or its equivalent Standard

Qualifications For Post No:03

i) Good academic record with at least 55% marks or,an equivalent CGPA at the Master's degree level, in the Chemistry from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from a

foreign University

ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC

iii)Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent standard

i) First Class Master's degree in Library Science from a recognized University.

i) First Class B Technology in Polymer Science/Plastic Technology OR Second Class in Polymer Science/Plastic Technology with two years teaching/industrial experience.

                                                       OR

First Class B. Sc. with First Class Diploma in Mould Design/ Tool Design with three years teaching/industrial experience.

                                    OR

First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ First Class Post Diploma in Mould Design from recognized institution/Board with three years teaching/industrial experience

ii) Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent Standard

i) First Class B. Technology in Textile Chemistry.

                                        OR

Second Class B. Technology Textile Chemistry with two years teaching/ Industrial experience.

                                                             OR

B.A./B.Sc. with first class Diploma in Textile Chemistry with five years teaching/professional experience.

ii) Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent Standard

Qualifications For Post No:07

i) Good Academic record with at least 55% marks or,an equivalent CGPA at the Master's degree level, in the Mathematics from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a Foreign University.

ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC.

iii) Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent Standard

Qualifications For Post No:08

i) First Class Bachelor's degree in the Plastic Technology

                                                  OR

Second Class B Technology in Plastic Technology with two years teaching/industrial experience.

                                                     OR

First Class B Sc. with First Class Diploma in Plastic Engineering or Technology from recognized institute with three years teaching / industrial experience.

                                                   OR

B.E. (Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer/ Production Engineering) with Postgraduate Diploma in Plastic Engineering/ Technology from a recognized institution/ University/Board with two years experience in teaching field of Plastic industry.

ii) Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent Standard

i) First Class M. Lib Science Degree.

First Class B. Lib Science with five year experience in a library.

ii) Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent Standard

i)First Class Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Industrial Engineering .

                                             OR

First Class Master Degree in Mechanical Engg. / Production Engg./ Industrial Engg.

ii) Two years experience in a Workshop/ Industrial Concern of repute.

iii) Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent standard

First Class Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized

University/Institutions

First Class Master Degree in Medical/ Clinical bio-chemistry or Clinical Microbiology from a recognised University/ Institute.

First Class Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical/ Clinical Biochemistry or Medical/Clinical Microbiology with three years experience
